The Department of Campus Expansion Planning & Construction at TSTC, led by Senior Vice Chancellor Rick Herrera and Senior Vice President Jay Wesson, is committed to effectively managing all new construction and renovation projects across our 11 campuses. Our focus includes overseeing campus master planning and site development. We also offer construction management services, consultation, coordination, planning, facility assessment, and cost estimating, aiming to serve the college with dedication and expertise. Additionally, our team is responsible for preparing Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) for construction-related matters.
