The Tan Sri Lee Loy Seng Foundation was established in 1986 by Tan Sri Lee Loy Seng (1921–1993) to carry forward his lifelong commitment to philanthropy. The Foundation upholds our Founder’s legacy of giving back to society, with a strong emphasis on education and expanding access to learning opportunities to the less privileged.
Each year, the Foundation awards educational scholarships annually to deserving students from underprivileged backgrounds, enabling them to pursue tertiary education and create a better future for themselves. We have a network of approximately 650 scholarship alumni to date, pursuing a wide variety of careers.

Tan Sri Lee Loy Seng Foundation has obtained tax exemption status from Ketua Pengarah Hasil Dalam Negeri (KPHDN) for a 10-year period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2035.
