A little history...

Peter Tsitas and Associates was established in 1973 to provide architectural and town planning services to the development industry and government departments. The firm provides a comprehensive range of architectural and town planning services to private clients and developers, as well as to government departments such as the Department of Human Services, and has been doing so for over 30 years.

In the 1970’s the major focus of the firm was in facilitating approval including the design and preparation of master plans for large residential and commercial areas. These included the highly successful comprehensive development of Taylors Lakes.

In the 80’s and 90’s the firm’s activities were expanded and diversified and included a number of housing projects for the Department of Human Services; medium density housing projects for private clients, projects for the retirement industry and a large residential subdivision in Lynbrook.
