Ready to Learn (green)- the student demonstrates expected behavior.
Good Choices (blue)- the student is actively making good choices that go above expectations!
Great Job (purple)- the student is making some exceptional choices and helping others!
Super Student (pink) - the student is a role model to others! This is the hardest color to achieve and is awarded a choice from my prize box!
Think About It (yellow)- a verbal warning was given and ignored- the student needs to consider their actions and will walk/sit for two minutes during their free time.
Reflection Time (orange)- the student continues to ignore warnings after clipping down to yellow. These choices tend to be intended and the student will walk/sit for five minutes during their free time. I may also use a logical consequence as necessary.
Parent Contact (red)- the student has committed a zero tolerance behavior (injuring others purposefully, leaving the room, etc.) or continued poor choices after clipping down to orange. The student will walk/sit for five minutes during their free time and parents are called/contacted immediately.
