Birthdays
You may send a store bought treat for your child's birthday. If your child has a summer birthday they are welcome to celebrate their ½ birthday with us here at school or we can celebrate in May. Please let me know in advance if you are planning on sending a treat in for your child’s birthday so that I may plan accordingly.
Lunch and Lunch Money
Please send lunch money in a sealed envelope with the child's name, room number, and amount included in the envelope. You may also choose to make payments online. The first grade lunch time will be from 11:15-11:45. We love to have parents, grandparents and other family members join us for lunch. You may bring a sack lunch for you and your child or you are welcome to order a school lunch (Please send me a note or email in the morning so that I can order that with our daily lunch count). We ask that you do not bring fast food when you visit. Thank you!
Field Trips
As soon as a trip is planned, I will send home a note. If you wish to chaperone, please call, send a note, or an E-mail.
Water Bottles and Snack
Students may bring a water bottle to school. We only ask that it has a lid that closes tightly. Water bottles may be a sports bottle, or any brand of bottled water. Water bottles may be left at school. Your child may also bring a small healthy snack that we will eat in the afternoon.
