Looking for a way to stay active at home? Choose something that works for you. Walk, ride, jump, stretch, follow a workout, or invite the kids to join in. There is no one right way to move — just find something you enjoy

Take a walk, try a Seasonal RushFlex video, do a Would You Rather challenge, or move along with one of my favorite PE creators.
But if you are looking for something a little different, here are some of the fitness sites and workouts I follow and use at home.
This is one of my go-to workout channels at home!
Nourish Move Love has a wide variety of workouts, including strength training, cardio, low-impact options, and shorter workouts for days when you do not have much time.
Pick a workout that fits your day, your energy, and your fitness level — then get movin’!
Want a workout you can do on your own or with the kids?
The Body Coach TV has energetic home workouts for adults, plus fun kid-friendly workouts that make it easy to move together as a family.

Looking for another at-home workout option?
Heather Robertson offers a wide variety of workouts, including strength, HIIT, low-impact, cardio, and full-body sessions in different lengths.
▶️Choose what fits your time and energy, and move at your own pace.
Want to move without doing a traditional workout?
Take a virtual hike and enjoy some scenery while you walk on a treadmill, use a walking pad, or just move along at home.
Great for an easy movement day, a longer walk, or when you just want to get your steps in and enjoy the view.
Want to ride without leaving home?
Use a stationary bike and follow along with scenic virtual cycling workouts. It’s a fun way to get moving, enjoy the view, and make indoor cardio feel a little less boring.
Pick a ride that fits your time and pace — then pedal away!
Want to mix fitness with a little skill work?
Tori Boggs makes jump rope fun and challenging with workouts, footwork, and jump rope skills you can practice at your own pace.
Grab a rope, start simple, and see what you can learn while getting your heart rate up!
You could also add a small note:
Bonus: This is one you can definitely try with your kids too.
Another great option if you want a full workout at home.
Sydney offers strength, cardio, HIIT, and full-body workouts with lots of different lengths and intensity levels.
One of the fitness apps I use at home!
I use BODi for a variety of workouts depending on what I feel like doing that day. There are lots of different programs and styles, so it makes it easy to change things up and find something that fits your time and energy.
Pick a workout, make it your own, and get movin’!
Since you’re also a coach, you could add one small line:
I’m also a BODi/Beachbody coach, so this is a fitness platform I’m very familiar with.
And then for your Apple Watch:
Sometimes a little tracking helps keep you moving!
I use my Apple Watch to track activity, workouts, and movement throughout the day. You don’t need a watch to be active, but I like seeing my progress and using it as a little extra motivation.
