On average, homework should take 30 minutes a night.
Your child should read 20 minutes each night.
Your child should practice multiplication facts each night.
If your child does not finish assigned work at school, it will be sent home to be finished and due the next morning.
Various projects will be assigned throughout the year. Completion dates and requirements will be adequately provided for proper planning and success.
If your child is absent, then he/she will have adequate time to complete missed work.
There are many active learning activities that cannot be recreated when a child is absent.
Late assignments are accepted but discouraged. To prevent routine late work, 5% reduction may be taken for each overdue day.
