Classroom Expectations
Expectations in my room:
Follow directions quickly. No stalling or complaining when directions are given.
Ask for permission to leave the room.
Raise your hand for permission to speak.Â
Make smart choices. Ask yourself: Is this something I should be doing or saying?
Keep your dear teacher happy. (Achieved by following all expectations)
Respect yourself, respect others, and respect your school. We use positive self-talk, keep yourself and others safe, use kind words, and take care of our things.

Classroom DOJO
In our classroom, we will be using Dojo to record positive and negative behaviors. Dojo points will reflect how your child is behaving at school. Each student will also have a classroom bank account where positive behaviors and achievements earn money in their account. Negative behaviors will remove money from their account. Students will receive a paycheck every week for their classroom job and be required to pay rent on their desk every quarter. At the end of each quarter, we will have a day where students can spend their "money" on fun activities and treats (Vacation Day).
