Transfers

Any athlete that transfer into Foothill High School will need to complete a transfer form. Once completed, either return form to Coach Arsich or email it to jeremy.arsich@trusd.net.

Note: Athletes must have transfer paperwork in and processed prior to playing in any games.

Transfer Form

Any athlete that transfers to Foothill High School from another school needs to complete this form (even if they have not played a sport at the previous school). Once the form is completed, please return to the athletic director.

Valid change of residence Checklist

Student athletes that transfer to Foothill and thier whole family moves, will need to fill out the VCR checklist and provide the necessary documents in order to be cleared to participate.
