Parents must fill out the pick up form if their child is going to be picked up from the STEAM program. Please list ALL adults permitted to pick up your child.
State IDs must be presented to STEAM staff each time your child is picked up. This is a mandatory practice and we appreciate your cooperation. Thank you.
Medication Authorization
If your child takes medication during the day, they can receive their medication while at the STEAM program. Please contact Kerrie Wiand at kerrie.wiand@trumbullesc.org to coordinate with Lordstown's nurse. We will need to obtain proper paperwork and have medication delivered before the start of the program.
STEAM Student Handbook
Families, please review the handbook together with your students before the first day of STEAM.
