The quality of leadership is important for the outcomes and experiences generated through community development. And so is the quality of the tools and methods available for community leaders, at all levels, when they engage with communities in open innovation and co-development of shared value.
As part of our ongoing committment to developing the municipality's leadership capabilities Trondheim is offering a series experimental programs where teams of committed leaders and other key personnell are given the opportunity to encounter new ideas, tools and entities that are reshaping the face of public leadership.
In this latest program, Impact Playround, set to be launched in Octobre 2017, we invite particants to experiment with the power of crowdsolving, social media and open data. You are offered both a theoretical framework, introduced to interesting tools and platforms, and coached on ways of opening up the way you lead to the benefits of technology.
This program is focused on playing with technology, having fun and learning by doing. You will meet interesting people and collaborate on designing and experimenting with ways of leading with impact.
If you want to learn more about what the program can offer you on how you might contribute in the program we urge you to join us at Dragvoll September 14th and for a more extensive introduction at Nyhavna on September 15th at 14:00-1800.
The program is developed and delivered by Trondheim kommune, Prosjekt helhetlig ledelse in collaboration with Digitalt førstevalg and external partners.
Some parts of the program may be delivered in English, but content will always be adapted to Norwegian participants.
If you are not employed in the municipality but feel you might be able to benefit and add value to the program please contact: kristian.mjoen@trondheim.kommune.no.
