TRM Foundation is a 26-week employment and life skills programme supporting rangatahi aged 16–24 to build confidence, gain practical skills, and prepare for employment, further education, or training.

Grounded in kaupapa Māori values, we provide a safe and supportive environment where rangatahi can discover their strengths, strengthen their wellbeing, and work towards their goals.

The programme includes:
Employment readiness, CVs and interview skills
Driver licensing support
Financial capability
Communication and teamwork
Health and wellbeing
Cultural identity and personal development
Work experience and community-based learning.

A 15-week follow-on from Whakamana Rangatahi, TRM Pathways helps rangatahi and adults (16+) build literacy, numeracy, and work readiness. In partnership with Land Based Training, tauira work towards the NZ Certificate in Safety and Service (Level 2).
