Alfortville, au confluent de la Seine et de la Marne. Dans l’obscurité du Chinagora, vaste complexe hôtelier en décomposition avancée, des gens se croisent. Ils sont employés, touristes, ou simples habitants du quartier, comme moi. Chacun devrait dormir mais aucun n’y parvient.
Le film est un poème sur notre Nuit, celle du dehors et celle qu’on porte en soi. Contemplera-t-on une nouvelle aube se lever ?
MAÀLICHAlfortville, between the Seine and the Marne rivers. Hidden in the shadows of the Chinagora, a vast and decaying hotel, people come together. They may be employees of the hotel, tourists, homeless people, or mere inhabitants of the neighborhood, like me. They should be sleeping, but they can't. This film is a poem about our Night, whether it is outside or inside us. Will a new dawn rise again?
