The Warranty is a lifetime warranty that lasts as long as the homeowner is the home using their solar system. It includes the panels themselves, racking, roof penetration, and the inverter.
What to do if you offer the Lifetime Warranty
Some install partners have the Lifetime warranty built into the proposal software as an adder (like Pipe). Most don't. If you offer it remember it is a .10 adder. You can either factor this in by including a miscellaneious adder or you can simply raise the price by .10

The customer will then recieve an email that a lifetime warranty has been applied to their account

The Warranty is not tied to the manufacture. If the manufacture goes out of business the warranty is still good.
