National Physical Education Standards
Standard 1: Develops a variety of motor skills.

Standard 4: Develops personal skills, identifies personal benefits of movement, and chooses to engage in physical activity.
The goal of physical education is to develop physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity. These standards contribute to an individual's physical literacy journey.
