We believe that developing students into well rounded and responsible citizens is at the core of our aims. Through the Lifeskills programme, we will help prepare our students for the world of work. Underpinning the guidance we give is our key character traits; DETERMINATION, CURIOSITY, INDEPENDENCE & COMMUNICATION.

Please note that every year 11 student will have a 1-1 hour long meeting with an advisor.
We also encourage any student in any year group to visit Student Services to make an appointment to speak to an advisor if they wish to discuss their future plans.
The following careers programme has been designed to link to the Gatsby Benchmarks and uses Unifrog as a source of advice and guidance.
We have two Independent Careers Advisors and the Sixth Form and Enhancement Teams available for students to make appointments for individual consultation (this links to Benchmark 8).
Each student will be provided with their own individual log in for Unifrog. If you have any queries or feedback please fill in the Unifrog and Careers Programme Evaluation. We measure and assess the impact of our careers programme using the Gatsby Benchmarks Good Career Guide and student feedback forms each year during Lifeskills lessons. The next evaluation will take place July 2025.
