No Trimble CAD user is ever without support. A number of options are available when difficulties arise. The options presented here are available to all users of PTC software and the Windchill database. Users may select whichever option they feel will provide the best response to their particular issue.
How to Submit a Request:
Open the submission portal.
PTC Creo License Administration
Select the request type.
Fill out and submit the form.
How to Locate the Submitted Request:
Wait for email confirmation.
Search “Trimble Cloud Operations” in your email application.
All updates will be sent to the submitter and their manager through email.
Trimble has support agreements with Tristar and PTC. Tristar is a smaller organization and typically provides a more individualized response. PTC direct support is available 24/7. Both services are under contract as part of our yearly subscription. No charges are incurred for either service.

Select "Log a New Case". If you have not already set up an account with PTC you will be required to do so. When asked, use 147183 for the Trimble Customer Number and enter 8A1454863 as the Trimble Service Contract Number or "SCN".
