For Sydney based properties, linen is hired through Sunshine Linen.
You should have a username and login to complete the online order using the following link;
Please follow the steps outlined below to place an order:
In your web browser go to sunshinelinen.com.au
On the front page at the top right, click on “Connect”.
Type in your email address associated with ordering: eg; stay@lakeshotel.com.au
Type in the password, which you have selected previously.
Once logged in, add products and their quantities that you would like to order.
Click on “Place Order”.
On the next page click on “Confirm”.
On the next page, type in the Contact Name (eg Jack) and select your delivery day. Your regular delivery day will be Friday. Please remember that to receive your delivery on Friday, you must place your order by 10.30am on a preceding Wednesday. If you miss your cut off time, the system will not allow you to place an order for the next delivery day and will direct you to the following delivery day (being the next Friday).
Click on “Submit” and your order will be placed.
Once the order is placed you will get a confirmation email that your order has been received and you also get a reminder email if you have not placed your order 2 hours before the cut off time.
At the time of placing your first order, please change your Password.
If you change the person in charge of ordering process and there are new details and a new email address, please let know and we will change it on the Portal.
