Mark a Reservation as No-Show or Cancellation
1. Search for the Reservation in Booking.com
Note: See article ‘Booking.com – Search for a Reservation'
2. Click 'Mark as no-show' on the right-hand side of the page
3. If you have not charged the guest, select ‘YES’ to waive the no-show fee.
Note: The reservation will be marked as a now show and both you and the guest will receive a confirmation email. You will not be charged commission for this reservation if you state that the no-show fee has been waived
Tip: Ensure No Shows are marked on the check-in date or day after. The “Mark as no-show” button is only available from 12:00 am on the check-in date for up to 48 hours (two business days) after the check-out date. After this point, you won’t be able to report a no-show.
