There are two options when changing reservation dates:
1. If a guest contacts you to change their booking, you can tell them to do this through their confirmation email, Booking.com profile or by contacting Booking.com directly on 02 9255 9200
If the guest is already staying in the hotel and wants to book more nights, you should take a direct booking. If the guest insists on going through booking.com you can modify all bookings (including prices and length of stay) on or after the check-in date through the Extranet’s.
1. Search for the Reservation in Booking.com

2. Select 'Change reservation dates & prices'
3. Enter the new dates > Select ‘Check Availability and change prices'
4. Enter the new total nightly rate > click ‘Next’ > Select ‘Save’
