EN: Being in my second year at the department, I can declare myself lucky, or better said that I am blessed by God, for today, for what I heard and especially for what I saw. Full of sincerity, I did not believe that such a thing existed, full of joy I am living wonderful moments and THE NEST will remain in my mind and even in my soul forever. Inspiration and motivation, joy and hope for a change that will take place, thanks to you, those who make up the most stable nest. I remain grateful for a lifetime and I sincerely hope to reach you again, if I were to write a thousand times thank you, it would still not be enough and would not reach the limit of gratitude. Through this visit I have evolved, I bow before you and the work done!"
We have a mini book shop, with books for early years and KS1, on the ground floor of the Kindergarten. Feel free to visit and buy some Christmas gifts for your youngest loved ones!
A smal preview of all the ongoing fun and work at Arts and Media Camp:
The Spilled Coffee Production team, made up of students from Y10 and Y11, participated with passion and dedication in the 2025 Boovie International Festival. Their trailer, created for the Rookie section and inspired by the book “Cinci ani și o clipă” by Virginie Grimaldi, earned them an Honorable Mention.
Their dedication, imagination and team spirit are a clear reflection of the potential they hold. We are genuinely happy to see how they grow and evolve through projects that weave together reading, art and collaboration.
We warmly invite you to watch the trailer created by the Spilled Coffee Production team and, if you enjoyed it, give it a like on YouTube – every like counts in the popularity contest, open until August 9th at 6:00 PM.

The hard work paid off. This term’s PBL “My little greenhouse” is ready to grow some nice plants. Well done Grade 6!
We would like to express my gratitude for the support that Miss Codruta brought in making the terrarium at TC a reality. It has proven to be a tremendous success, captivating students across all age groups, from kindergarten to high school. Additionally, visitors during our Open Days were highly impressed by this engaging educational feature.
I am pleased to inform you that the terrarium now houses two Phaenopharos khaoyaiensis stick insects, affectionately named French and Fry by the students. The Phasmatodea (Phasmida) order, commonly known as stick insects, derives its name from the Greek word "Phasma", meaning apparition or phantom, which reflects their remarkable camouflage abilities. The stick insects were brought from the Institute of Biological Researches in Cluj-Napoca by Miss Codruța and are now comfortably housed in a terrarium designed and assembled by Miss Rosina.
Thank you once again for your invaluable contribution to this project, which has greatly enriched the educational experience at TC.
We invite you to take a look at grade 7’s PBL projects, “Cool bridges”. We guarantee they are cool indeed (first floor, near the entrance).
We also celebrate their achievements in national or international competitions, results that are driven from passion and hard work :
We are proud to announce that our Year 7 / Grade 6 students are representing our school in the prestigious "Science on Stage" national contest with their eco-innovative project: "My Little Green House."

We would like to congratulate David Grigorovici for his extraordinary achievement at the Romanian Economics Olympiad last Friday. He ranked 5th among 61 students who took part in the competition. David was among the youngest participants (15 years).
Let us all both congratulate and encourage David as tomorrow he will participate in the National Round at Cambridge School of Bucharest. David has had only 7 days to prepare for the Essay Writing Round held tomorrow in Bucharest. Thus, he definitely needs us to remind him that we strongly believe in his talent and high efforts.
Dear all, I want to let you know about an extraordinary achievement: our student Sara Antonia Pop, Year 12 has qualified at the national faze of the Romanian Sociology Olympics. It is a trully extraordinary achievement especially because her grade was 93 points out of 100 and it is the first time that our school has participated at this competition. Please congratulate her when you see her and wish her good luck on the 25th of April.
Our Secondary students qualified for the 2025 World Economics Cup Continental Round that will take place between 20th and 22nd July. After the global qualification review, Briana Timari (Y11), Toma Radu Stegaroiu (Y12), Alexandru Nealcos (Y12) and Razvan Silagyi (Y12) from Transylvania College have been invited to the Continental Round. Our students demonstrated great potential in the qualifier—especially in the questions testing higher-level thinking and application.
Our wonderful team of five students: Norbert Farczadi, Jonathan Filimon, Mara Marian, Sakura Orsi from Y10 and Stefan Kelemen from grade 9 are representing our school at the Global Leaders Challenge, at Clayesmore School, Dorset, England.
