We'd like to interview at least 2 people per local authority to gain insight into challenges from the perspectives of:
housing policy and management
digital and IT management
IT procurement and contract management
So, if volunteering time from a local authority, please recommend a colleague or colleagues that can help us create a more complete picture of your challenges and needs.
Interviews will focus on how housing repairs, housing allocation, and temporary accommodation, and the procurement of housing management systems work at your organisation.
