Daily Exercises

• 10 Line Jumps, 10 Squats, 5 Mountain Climbers

Go on a Nature Walk

• Find 3 different verbs - A verb is an action word (jumping, flying, floating, etc.)

• Send photos of the objects to your P.E. teacher.

- Tell your teacher what the object is doing.

Family Activity

• Egg Exercise Egg Hunt

MODIFICATIONS

1. HALF THE EXERCISES. COME UP WITH YOUR OWN EXERCISES.

2. IF YOU CAN’T DO IT OUTSIDE USE VERBS WITH PARENTS INSIDE. JUMPING, OVER THE LINE, ETC.

3. TRY TO COME UP WITH A NEW WAY TO DO A NATURE WALK.
