就学手続書類について／Enrollment procedure documents 

Q1.3月25日までに、就学手続書類の郵送ができません。 

I can not send the enrollment documents by the deadline (March 25). 

A1.郵送はせず、就学手続（4/1）で来校の際に書類を持参してください。

なお、来日していない場合も書類の郵送は必要ありません。就学手続時に書類を持参してください。

Please do not send the documents by mail; instead, please bring the documents with you when you visit the school for Enrollment Procedure  held on April 1. In addition, there is no need to mail the documents even if you are not in Japan. Please bring them with you when Enrollment Procedure held on April 1. 

Q2.3月25日までに就学手続書類が全て揃えられません。

I can not have all the documents required for enrollment procedure by the deadline (March 25).

A2.現状で揃っているものを郵送してください。

未提出の書類は、就学手続当日（4/1）に回収しますので、当日必ずご持参ください。

Please only send the documents you currently have. Unsubmitted documents will be collected on the day of Enrollment Procedure held on April 1, so please be sure to bring them with you on that day.

就学手続について／Enrollment procedure

Q1.4月1日の就学手続に出席できません。

I can not attend the Enrollment Procedure held on April.1.

A1.予定を調整のうえ、必ず出席してください。

やむを得ないご事情により欠席される場合は、速やかに、国際学部教務課に相談してください。 

Please adjust your schedule and be sure to attend.

If you will be absent due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the Education Affairs Office of the Faculty of Global and Regional Studies immediately.
