RULES FOR TV ADVERTISEMENTS FOR CAMPAIGNS/SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS


DEADLINE: TUESDAY AT NOON (12 PM) BEFORE THE TELEVISION SHOW THAT YOU BOOKED

Note: We will charge you a late fee of $100 if you submit your advertisement late.

PRICE: $400 for a 15 SECOND VIDEO, $800 for a 30 SECOND VIDEO, $1200 for a 45 SECOND VIDEO, and $1,600 for a 60 SECOND VIDEO.

Note: We charge in 15 second increments; if you exceed your time limit, we will charge you for the next time increment. For example, if you submit a video that is 48 seconds long, we will charge you for a 60 second video. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PROTOCOL

    1. Fill out the form below. If your request to buy an ad is approved, Edwin Cheng and/ or Jasmine Si will contact you to confirm your spot.

    2. When your spot has been confirmed, advertisements must be submitted to Edwin Cheng and/ or Jasmine Si THE TUESDAY BEFORE THE TELEVISION SHOW AT NOON (12PM).

File Format Requirements

    1. Advertisement videos MUST be an MP4 file.

    2. Resolution must be 1080 pixels

    3. For Google Drive links, please turn on link sharing so that anyone with the link can view.

    4. It is your responsibility to ensure your file is correctly formatted before submission! If there is an error and it is not corrected by the ad's due date, your advertisement will not air that week.

    5. If you want to book commercials for separate dates, you must fill in multiple forms.
