General Information

The Eagle Foundation has one stand at Huntington Bank Stadium that requires a total of 14 volunteers to staff. Report times are generally 2.5-4 hours prior to game time.

Volunteers who are under the age of 18 may not volunteer in a position (i.e. cashier) at a location that sells alcohol.

If all general positions are full but you are interested in volunteering, please sign up as a "backup" volunteer. In most situations, we often rely on backups due to cancellations from volunteers.

Check-in times are extremely important. Anyone checking in late after the check-in time is subject to a $10 reduction for every 1/2 hour beyond the scheduled report times.
