Eagle Foundation

The Eagle Foundation offers current and incoming Totino-Grace families the opportunity to fundraise for tuition by volunteering in concession stands at various concerts and sporting events throughout the Twin Cities. We have extended this opportunity to include our neighboring Catholic elementary and middle schools with earnings directly applied to their current school's tuition.

How it works

The Eagle Foundation has concession stand contracts at Williams Arena (Men's basketball), US Bank Stadium (Vikings/concerts), Huntington Bank Stadium (Gophers), Allianz Field (MN United Soccer), and Target Field (MN Twins). Each venue has their own set of rules and requirements, which are delineated on their respective pages within this site. Typical roles at each stadium are as follows:

  • Lead volunteer: responsible for all aspects of the concession stand, including assigning positions and duties for each event, inventory/cash management (if applicable), volunteer management, food and supply ordering, troubleshooting, paperwork, and overall management of the stand. This position will receive an additional donation due to the amount of work included beyond regular stand workers.

  • Cook: responsible for preparing food items and ensuring food safety protocols are followed

  • Cashier: responsible for ringing up guest orders and fulfilling orders, and other duties as assigned (Must be 18 if stand serves alcohol)

  • Runner: responsible for assisting cashiers with guest orders and other duties as assigned

Everyone that works in the stand are jointly responsible for cleaning and counting inventory at the end of the concession shift.

How much can I earn?

The amount you are able to apply to tuition depends on how often you volunteer, but the average family that participates in the Eagle Foundation receives approximately $4,300 applied directly to their tuition account! The more you volunteer, the more you are able to apply to your tuition account.
