Learning Guidelines from the CCB Team:
These suggested pathways are a starting point for your learning journey, which you can adapt to fit your learning style and pace. They offer a comprehensive and focused learning experience for the given theme. The resources are ordered to provide a foundation of knowledge, progress to resources that address specific issues related to the theme, and conclude with resources that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion at the School of Medicine. It is important to note that these pathways are not exhaustive, and we welcome suggestions for additional resources. Our hope is that these pathways will help you navigate the resources and create a personalized learning journey that works best for you and your team as you work to build an inclusive and equitable medical school.
Additionally, we would like to encourage everyone to engage in self-reflection as part of their learning journey. Self-reflection is an important tool to help you develop a deeper understanding of your own values and beliefs, and to identify areas where you may need to grow or change. We want to emphasize that this is a personal process and there is no pressure to share your answers or responses with anyone else, including your supervisor. Our goal is simply to encourage and support your personal growth and development in the areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
