Staff of Team Tomball logged an impressive 136,248,510 steps for the month of October! There was over a 50% increase in staff participation and over 53% increase of steps from last year!! The number of steps from Team Tomball roughly translates to 60,335 miles! That is equivalent to flying back and forth from Houston to Sydney, Australia more than 3.5 times!!!
There was comradery within teams with words of encouragement as well as a little friendly competition! Team Tomball excels in incorporating health and wellness! Don't let up and continue the habit of movement and exercise in your daily routine!!
