How does the challenge work?
Keep track your daily amounts on your own and then submit the form to record the amount of water you are drinking each WEEK (ideally above 64 ounces/day).
You may count regular water, sparkling water, or water infused with fruits or vegetables in your total amount.
-Be honest (after all, you can only truly benefit by actually participating!)
-The last day to enter your water consumption will be on Friday, October 3rd. At the end of the challenge, a campus winner will be named!
-Check with your Wellness Champion Ambassador if additional campus prizes are available for this month!
I substitute cilantro for the dill and add diced campari tomatoes! This is one of those recipes that you can't stop taking ONE LAST BITE! One of my all time favorites!
