My favorite project was Teacher Appreciation Week, seeing the teachers' faces when we passed out their gifts was honestly the best part.

I joined StuCo because I love being involved, meeting new people and making our school a better place.

I chose StuCo because it's a chance to meet new people, and have access to fun and new opportunities.

I am a 2nd year officer, and a 3rd year member. I was Public Relations last year!

My favorite StuCo project is Disco and Donuts because it's a great way to start the school year.
Why StuCo?:
I chose StuCo because I wanted to be a part of something meaningful for our school, and so I could make new connections.

I'm learning how to DJ

I have a 2-year-old Bernedoodle!
Leadership Experience:
I was one of the D.A.S.H. Committee Chairs this past school year, and I led younger kids as an intern at Daycation Summer Camp.
Favorite StuCo Project:
I would have to pick Red Ribbon Week because I had so much fun creating banners for the dress-up days and spreading awareness.
Why StuCo?
There are numerous opportunities to step up and take on new challenges, even if you're not the most outgoing person like I am.
Three things about me:
Even though I don't tend to be the first person to speak up when surrounded by unfamiliar faces, I still love to make new friends and can be pretty outgoing with those I consider close.
I love math, but the only exceptions to this are geometry and trigonometry.
My favorite animal is a raccoon, and I love anything related to them - I even have a raccoon-shaped phone case!
Leadership Experience:
My leadership experienced has stemmed from being a D.A.S.H. Committee Chair last year, and captain of sports teams.
Favorite StuCo Project:
My favorite StuCo project has to be Welcome Back Week because I got to see all of the students come together to enjoy a simple game of 'Rock, Paper, Scissors'.
Why StuCo?:
I chose StuCo because of its ability to include a larger number of people in activites that benefit our school community.
Three things about me:
I'm a huge fan of Drake.
I love going to concerts.
McDonald's is my favorite place to eat.
Leadership Experience:
My leadership experience has been mostly related to StuCo, as in my freshman year, I was an active member, and in my sophomore year, I worked as a spirit committee chair.
Favorite StuCo Project:
My favorite StuCo project was probably 2024 Hoco. I loved the theme, and it was cool to make everyone's visions come to life and see people enjoying the dance.
Why StuCo?:
I chose to be a part of Student Council because I love the behind the scenes of everything, getting to plan a project and then see it come to life.
Three things about me:
I'm really into Formula One. I spend almost all of my weekends watching the races.
I collect books and vinyls - I'm a big reader and I love music!
I like to bake when I'm bored, and trying to bake new recipes to give my friends will never not be exciting for me.
Leadership Experience:
I've been captain of teams I've been on, StuCo Committee chair member this past year, class VP for a year, and multiple presidencies at my church.
Favorite StuCo Project:
My favorite StuCo Project we've done was the new student brunch, as it enabled many of our StuCo members to welcome new students into the school and help them feel welcomed.
Why StuCo?:
Well, it opens so many possibilities and provides a space for the entire student body to become involved. StuCo does so many amazing things for our school, and being a part of it means being a part of something bigger.
Three things about me:
I was a part of our school's drum line, and played the bass drum for two years
I am currently a part of our school's cheer team.
I love to go to the gym and hang out with friends.

My favorite StuCo project was Welcome Back Week because I loved how it engaged the whole school.

My favorite StuCo project is Polar Express Day! I enjoy seeing everyone get into the holiday spirit right before finals!

I chose to be involved with StuCo because I love helping our community! You don't only get to work with your classmates and teachers, but your city and neighboring schools.

I volunteer at my church for VBS, and I get the opportunity to lead groups. I have also been given the chance to lead some groups in our own Student Council such as Librarian Day.

My favorite StuCo Project was the Staff Breakfast last winter. I loved getting the opportunity to give back to our amazing staff.

I chose StuCo because I love being able to voice my opinions in order to build a strong school.

I've worked on many projects in school. and in StuCo, while also taking minor leadership roles in many. Outside of school, I've helped run volunteer projects.

I joined StuCo freshman year because I was interested in how large of a role this organization plays in creating a fun school environment. Now as a member and committee chair, I love getting to work on projects and lead them!

I have set up and help run events at several churches. I have also been a co-teacher at the annual TISD STEAM Conference since I was a freshman, and I have tutored peers in the past.

My favorite StuCo project has been Polar Express Day, as it was just a fun event, and I found it enjoyable as we were able to interact with many people and bring joy to the start of their day.

I chose StuCo because it was a place where I could voice my thoughts and opinions while contributing to something bigger. StuCo is my comfort place where I can be myself around others.

My Favorite StuCo Project:
What I love most about Student Council is the opportunity to work on projects that make others feel appreciated and valued. StuCo is all about creating a sense of belonging and making sure everyone feels welcomed. We really shine when organizing those "warm and fuzzy" events like the Homecoming Dance, BeYou, Donuts and Disco, Staff Appreciation, Polar Express, and more. It’s those moments where we get to spread positivity and build a strong sense of community that make it truly special.
