As per the Tomball Memorial Student Council By-Laws Section III, the duties of Members are as follows:
Participate in meetings, workdays, programs, and projects.
Communicate ideas from the student body to the Council.
Discuss, finalize, and vote on issues presented in meetings.
Report the results of the Council action to the student body.
Serve on committees.
Volunteer as needed.
Meetings will be held after school (2:45 -3:15 pm). Please be on time and plan to stay for the entire meeting. Meetings will be held in the LGI or Room 2101 - Please stay tuned to Band for details.

Time: 2:45 - 4:30
Members are required to join at least one project every nine weeks and actively participate in its completion. This includes attending project workdays, which are designated times for planning and implementing projects.
Workdays for all projects will be held every Tuesday after school from 2:45–4:30 p.m. Some projects may also schedule additional workdays during Wildcat Den.
To stay informed, all members must join the Band chat for their selected project.
MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with the Tomball Memorial Student Council Constitution Article III Composition, in order to be considered an active member, members shall maintain the following qualifications during the school year:
Must have a good standing in behavior
Must maintain point requirements for each reporting period
Each reporting period, members will receive a POINT SHEET. The minimum point requirement must be met to maintain active membership.

Each item on the point sheet must be signed by a leadership team member
You can get your point sheet signed UP TO ONE WEEK after the event
Additional point opportunities will be posted on Band and Social Media
Signed point sheets will be due on the following dates:
Point Sheet #1: October 6 Point Sheet #2: January 12
Point Sheet #3: March 2 Point Sheet #4: May 11
As a Student Council member, you are expected to be an active and responsible participant. Your responsibilities include:
Paying membership dues
Planning, implementing, and participating in events and projects
Volunteering in community service activities
Bringing supplies when needed
Dressing appropriately for theme days

Student Council members may have opportunities to participate in optional off-campus activities in the Tomball community or at other StuCo-related events. Details and permission forms will be provided as needed, and transportation may be available. All participants must be UIL eligible to attend any off-campus or public events.
