環境と人々をつなぐ

井元研究室では、「環境と人々をつなぐ」ことを理念に掲げ、環境経済学・農業経済学の視点から、持続可能な社会のあり方を探求しています。
私たちは、自然環境の価値、生物多様性、景観、食と健康、リスク認知など、多様なテーマに取り組みながら、人々の選好や行動変容を目指した実証研究を進めています。
現場と社会に根ざした問いを大切にし、研究成果を通じて、環境と人とのより良い関係構築に貢献したいと考えています。

Connecting People and the Environment

At Imoto Laboratory, we are committed to the mission of “connecting people and the environment” through the lens of environmental and agricultural economics, aiming to build a more sustainable society.
Our empirical research addresses diverse topics—including the value of nature, biodiversity, landscape, food and health, and risk perception—with a particular focus on human preferences and behavioral change.
We value questions rooted in the field and in society, and we strive to contribute to better relationships between people and the environment through practical and impactful research.
