2024 District Trio
Mid-Year Training Report
It is the District Trio's (District Director, Program Quality Director & Club Growth Director) responsibility to participate in the District Leadership Training twice every program year, one in August right before the International Convention and the other one in January. The District 76 Trio went to Bangkok, Thailand in January to join the Mid-Year Training. It was a wonderful opportunity to interact with leaders from various countries, mutually influencing and learning from each other. I strongly feel that many Toastmasters in Japan, especially those aspiring to advance their careers, should have this experience. (DD Taka Miyawaki)
ディストリクトのトリオ（ディストリクトディレクター、教育担当ディレクター、クラブ担当ディレクター）は毎年度２回のリーダーシップ研修に参加する責任があります（８月の国際大会直前と１月）。ディストリクト76のトリオは１月にタイのバンコク飛び、Mid-Year Training に参加しました。これは、さまざまな国のリーダーと対話し、お互いに影響を与え合い、学び合うことができる素晴らしい機会でした。ぜひ日本の多くのトーストマスター（特にこれからキャリアアップを目指す方）に経験して頂きたいと強く感じました。（DD Taka Miyawaki）
