Contestant

Be sure to review the relevant rules and the Contestant's Checklist in the Speech Contest Rulebook in advance.

Contestants submit the following to the Contest Chair before the contest.

1. Speaker's Certification of Eligibility and Originality (Item 1183)

2. Speech Contestant Profile (Item 1189)

コンテスト出場者

「スピーチコンテスト規則集」の該当する規則および出場者用チェックリストを必ず事前に確認します。

出場者は次のフォームをコンテスト前にコンテスト委員長に提出します。

1. スピーカーの適格性および独創性証明書 (JP1183)

2. コンテスト出場者プロフィール (Item 1189)

Chief Judge

Be sure to review the relevant rules and the Chief Judge's Checklist in the Speech Contest Rulebook in advance.

• Sample Script

1. Judge's Briefing

• Chief Judge will distribute the following during the briefing:

To voting judges:

1. List of contestants in speaking order

2. Judge’s Guide and Ballot

3. Speech Contest Rulebook (Item 1171)

4. Judge’s Certification of Eligibility and Code of Ethics (Item 1170)

To ballot counters:

1. Counter's Tally Sheet (Item 1176)

To timers:

1. Speech Contest Time Record Sheet and Instructions for Timers (Item 1175)

• After the results have been tabulated and verified, Chief Judge will complete the Result Form (Item 1168) and submit it to Contest Chair.

• After the contest, Chief Judge will complete the Notification of Contest Winner (Item 1182) and submit it to Contest Chair of the next level.

審査員長

• 審査員長は集計作業終了後、審査結果報告書 (JP1168)を記入し、コンテスト委員長に渡します。

• 審査員長はコンテスト後、コンテスト入賞者通知書 (JP1182)を記入し、次レベルのコンテスト委員長に送付します。

Voting Judge

投票審査員
