1 /3 cup of hot water

1 cup of sugar

colouring/flavour (three drops)

Method

1. create a saturated solution of sugar by slowly stirring 1 cup of sugar into water

2. if you cant get all the sugar dissolve heat gently until it does

3. wet a wooden skewer and dip it in sugar

4. pour your saturated solution into a jar

Flavour: Pineapple 

Colour: Pink

Saturated salt solution's evaporated quickly (heated) and is white and powdery.

Saturated salt solution evaporated slowly (not heated) and is mostly still liquid but the little crystals in it are clear and solid.

We added 28.8 grams of salt into the 100ml of water.

This is the process of forming crystals from a saturated salutation.
