Meet Erica 

My Therapeutic Philosophy

I truly believe that each person has an innate ability to grow, learn, and heal from life's challenges. In certain seasons of life, we feel stuck, tired, or forget that we are capable and resilient. As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to support women in removing barriers to growth, healing from trauma, and living an empowered and authentic life. I also understand that healing cannot happen solely at an intellectual level, therefore, I strive to support my clients in better understanding their nervous systems and learning to connect with the wisdom of their bodies. 

My Background

• I moved to Colorado from Minnesota over a decade ago because I just couldn't resist the call of the mountains

• I have 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health and human services

• I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Yoga Teacher

• I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas (2011) and a Bachelors' Degree in Social Work from Bethel University (2005)

• I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health and in the treatment of trauma (EMDR and TFCBT)

• I received my 200-hour yoga training through Cambio Yoga (2013)

• I have training in yoga therapy through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy (2015-2016)

• I have a Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Certification from SoundMind Institute (2023-2024)
