This female was caught Jan 25, 2025. She is only the second female of the project. She is about 2 years old. She is currently doing well and moving around NW Reno.

This male was caught Feb 23, 2025. He is about 2 years old and is currently moving around NW Reno and Peavine!
Update: Lil Jon is doing well and getting larger. He was captured on our camera traps in NW Reno in June 2025.
This is the first GPS collared bobcat of the project. She was captured and collared in April 2022. She weighed 21 lbs and is approximately 4 years old. Here she is being "captured" on one of our camera traps. She was recollared on March 13, 2023. She is still in good condition and moving around NW Reno. She currently has 2 kittens in 2023.
Update: Her collar was programmed to fall off in May 2024 and came off. She still shows up on our cameras, but is now collar free!
This male was collared February 2023. He weighed about 18 lbs and is about 2 years old.
Ricky continues to do well and keeps getting spotted in NW Reno. Special thanks to Bruce Goff for sending in the photos!

This male was collared in March 2023. He weighed 26 lbs and is about 5 years old. Our largest cat of the project. Deceased from unknown causes.
This male was collared in March 2023. He is 2 years old and weighed about 20 lbs. Deceased: in April 2024 he was found deceased due to a gunshot wound.
