TMCC-NFA Bylaws

Bylaws for TMCC-NFA were written in May 1992, and following ratification by a majority of the faculty, approved by the Board of Regents in November 1992. The document incorporates standards established by both the Nevada Faculty Alliance and the American Association of University Professors. The most recent version of the bylaws was adopted in 2024. TMCC-NFA welcomes feedback from members to maintain updated and effective governing documents through periodic updates. Please use the feedback form provided below.
