Dispute Assistance

TMCC-NFA members in good standing may request assistance in employment related disputes, including legal defense services. All requests will be evaluated by the TMCC-NFA Legal Defense Committee. The Nevada Faculty Alliance prioritizes resolving disputes at the lowest possible level before proceeding to legal action. Members of the Legal Defense Committee may assign an ally to assist the requesting member with such attempts for a resolution, including informal meetings and grievances, before recommending financial support for legal consultation time to the State NFA's Legal Defense Coordinator.
