Verses will be recited on the last school day of each week.

Spelling tests will be given the last day of each week unless otherwise specified. Please have your child practice their spelling words (pattern) throughout the week. If they understand the spelling pattern, they should be able to encode the non-tricky words without much memorization.

If your child does not complete their work in class, they may bring home a sheet to finish for homework. Please have them complete it and return it the following day.

Your Child will bring home their Apply workbook for math. Please have them practice the lessons that correspond with the in-class work I send home.

Our classroom will be participating in the Book-it Program. This program runs from October 1st through March 31st. Have your child turn in their reading log on the last day of the month to receive a free personal pan pizza coupon from Pizza Hut!
