投稿者須提供摘要與審查用研究短文,依指定格式投稿。
中文摘要長度以五百字內,不超過一頁為限。
審查用研究短文長度以三頁為限。內容須包含研究目的、研究重要性、研究方法、研究結果與討論、關鍵圖表及參考文獻等項目。
研究短文僅供審查者審查使用,研討會主辦單位不會以其他任何形式運用此文件。
本次研討會發表形式包含「論文口頭發表」以及「互動式海報發表」,由審查團隊依研究狀態決定審查結果與發表形式。
論文完成投稿且獲本研討會接受發表,即代表投稿者同意將摘要同步收錄與公開於會議論文集、網站、手冊等電子或紙本刊物,以利學術流通。
為促進科教領域之學術發展,科教學會設立「最佳科學教育研討會論文獎」供學會會員申請。申請者請於徵稿期間,將完整論文電子檔(按照研討會論文要求之格式,且全篇論文含參考文獻不得多於20頁)寄至學會秘書處email。
若需開立公文俾利差旅相關行政程序,請於 11/27 前來信 aset2024@tlkr.nknu.edu.tw 申請。信件主旨:申請開立公假公文-報名編號-姓名。

Authors are required to submit both an abstract and a research short paper for review, following the specified format:
Abstract
The abstract should be in Chinese and limited to 500 words, not exceeding one page.
Research Short Paper
The research short paper should be limited to three pages and must include the following sections: research objectives, significance, methods, results and discussion, key figures, and references.
The research short paper is intended solely for the use of reviewers, and the conference organizers will not utilize this document in any other form.
Presentation Formats
The presentation formats for this conference include "Oral Presentation" and "Interactive Poster Presentation." The review team will determine the acceptance results and presentation format based on the research status.
Post-Acceptance
Upon successful submission and acceptance of the paper for presentation at the conference, the author agrees to have the abstract included and made public in the conference proceedings, website, handbook, and other electronic or printed materials for the purpose of academic information exchange.
Outstanding Paper Award
The Science Education Association promotes academic growth by offering the "Outstanding Paper Award" to its members. Applicants must submit the full electronic paper file (in conference format, including references, within a 20-page limit) to the ASET secretariat within the submission period.
Travel Documentation
If you require official documentation for travel reimbursement, please send a request to aset2024@tlkr.nknu.edu.tw before November 27. Include the subject line: "Application for Issuance of Official Leave Document - Registration Number - Name."
Review Results
Notification of the review results is anticipated to be sent via the submission system email starting from October 1. The possible outcomes are:
Accepted for oral presentation.
Accepted for poster presentation.
Not accepted.

經本研討會審核錄取為「海報格式」發表者,請依下列規格製作全開(A0)海報一張,並於研討會當天張貼於會場。
海報規格:
1.每篇論文分配一面海報展示板。
2.海報尺寸為A0,直式,尺寸為84.1 cm(寬)x 118.9 cm(高)。請統一按照此格式製作。
3.圖表需以高解析度呈現。
海報內容:
1.海報標題: 包含題目與作者資料,依序如下。
2.海報需包含「第40屆科學教育國際學術研討會(ASET 2024)」字樣。
3.題目:xxxxxxxxxx
4.作者姓名:xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx
5.職稱或就讀學校單位及系所名稱:xxxxxx
6.海報內容:海報內容以呈現研究結果為主,除題目與中英文摘要外,內文應包含緒論、文獻回顧、研究方法、結論與建議及參考文獻等部分。
海報格式:
1.作者姓名以中文書寫(若以英文發表,請加上中文姓名)。若為產學合作或國科會相關成果,請在論文致謝中註明。
2.文字可用中文或英文,格式為橫向排列。題目與作者資料置中並佔用一欄,其餘內容分為兩欄,左右對齊。A0海報紙上下左右各留5公分邊距,每欄寬度為32公分,兩欄間隔6公分。標題字體請用30級字,內文字體為24級字,中、英文分別用標楷體和Times New Roman書寫。
3.圖表可置於文中或參考文獻之後。置於文中的圖表應盡量靠近首次提及的位置,較大的圖表可橫跨兩欄。每個圖表均需附說明,圖的說明置於圖下方,表的說明置於表上方。
注意事項:
1.請自行輸出海報,並於研討會發表日(12月6日)當天自行張貼於會場。
2.張貼海報所需工具由主辦方提供,請勿自行使用膠帶等黏貼工具。
3.張貼地點:科工館南館一樓演講廳外。
4.若內容無法全部容納在A0尺寸內,請自行調整字級或內文。
5.海報一律展示至12月7日,請於12月7日午餐過後至閉幕式前自行撤除海報,或由主辦單位代為撤除。

Presenters accepted for poster presentations are required to create a full-size (A0) poster according to the specifications below. The poster should be displayed at the conference venue on the day of the conference.
Each paper is assigned one poster display board.
Poster size: A0, portrait orientation, with dimensions of 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (height). Please adhere to this format.
All images and charts should be presented in high resolution.
Poster Title: Include the title and author details, as outlined below:
Conference name: “The 40th International Conference on Science Education (ASET 2024)”
Title: xxxxxxxxxx
Author(s): xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx
Affiliation: Institution, department, or organization name
Main Content: Focus on presenting the research findings. Besides the title and abstract (in both Chinese and English), the content should include the following sections: introduction, literature review, research methods, conclusions and recommendations, and references.
Author names should be written in Chinese. If the presentation is in English, please also include Chinese names where applicable. For papers resulting from industry-academia collaboration or funded projects (e.g., NSTC), please acknowledge the relevant funding source.
Text may be in either Chinese or English and should follow a horizontal layout. The title and author details should be centered in a single column, while the rest of the content should be divided into two columns, aligned left and right. Leave a 5 cm margin on all sides of the A0 poster. Each column should be 32 cm wide, with a 6 cm gap between columns. Title font size: 30 pt. Main text font size: 24 pt. Use DFKai-SB for Chinese and Times New Roman for English.
Charts and tables may be placed within the main text or after the references. Larger charts or tables may span both columns. Each chart or table must have a caption: chart captions should appear below the chart, and table captions above the table.
Please print your own poster and display it at the conference venue on the presentation day (December 6).
Tools for displaying posters will be provided by the organizers. Please do not use tape or other adhesive materials.
Display Location: First-floor lecture hall foyer, Southern Pavilion, National Science and Technology Museum (NSTM).
If the content cannot fit within the A0 dimensions, adjust the font size or text content accordingly.
Posters will remain on display until December 7. Please remove your poster after lunch and before the closing ceremony on December 7. Posters not removed in time will be taken down by the organizing committee.
每位口頭發表者共有15分鐘,其中包括10分鐘報告時間和5分鐘提問分享時間。當報告時間剩餘5分鐘和3分鐘時,將有工作人員舉牌提醒,時間到會按一長鈴。
注意事項:
1.口頭報告者請在議程開始前20分鐘到指定教室上傳簡報檔案。
2.為避免議程延誤,簡報一律使用大會提供的電腦。由於內建軟體是微軟介面,若擔心格式問題,請將簡報轉成PDF檔案。
Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including 10 minutes for the presentation and 15 minutes for Q&A. There will be reminders when there are 5 minutes and 3 minutes remaining, and a long bell will ring when the time is up.
Guidelines:
1.Presenters should upload their presentation files to the designated classroom computer 20 minutes before the session starts.
2.To avoid delays in the schedule, all presentations must be conducted using the conference-provided computers. As the built-in software is Microsoft-based, please convert your presentation to a PDF file if you have formatting concerns.
