Read at least 10 minutes every night with a parent or older sibling.
Please continue helping your child learn to recognize and sound out letters A - Z.
Read sight words together, going at your child’s pace. Each Qtr has a set amount and will be reviewed in class on a daily basis. See the weekly newsletter for the focus words. Also, you can encourage your child to write the words they know already.

We love celebrating birthdays in Kindergarten! On (or around) your child's birthday, we will set aside a group time in class to honor your child's birthday. Small treats are also welcome if you wish to send them. I will reach out ahead of time to coordinate with you to make this day extra special!
