The Manager of Events is responsible for:

Overseeing and convening TIME’s fundraising events, which include, but are not limited to:

    1. Kick off Party
    2. Red Campaign For HIV/AIDS
    3. Fashion Show
    4. Affiliates Party

The Manager of Events must report on TIME’s events to the President at each Executive Committee meeting, and to the Board of Directors as required.

Ideal candidates:

  • Have a passion for global health and TIME
  • Organisational skills, communication skills and being a team member is essential!
  • Prior experience within TIME preferred but not mandatory

Time requirements:

  • Weekly 2 hours (at peak period this can be up to 5 hours per week)
  • Attendance at all TIME Executive meetings
  • Attendance is expected at all TIME events
  • Up to date and frequent communication with the various TIME Events conveners and other TIME executive members
