Hi Kiddos, I've posted a few things on the classroom. None of it is required but is there to give you something to do.

I posted a link to a website which is focused on making stop motion videos at home. If you make a video, please send it to me so I can post it here on the student video page.

Remember you can call and leave a message at school for me. 503-842-2566 ext 2115. Leave a message with a number and I will return your call.

You can also message me via email or the Google Classroom. I'm checking everyday even on the weekend. I will be calling random students in the coming days and weeks to see how you are doing.

  • Entry task - Brainstorm ideas for different types of animations - Let me explain...
• Group Norms - A class project
  1. Need to break into small groups
  2. Link to vocabulary and some other stuff to use in your statements about working as a group
  3. Use the vocabulary as you construct our working norms.
  4. Everyone needs to come to a consensus on the norms
  5. Everyone needs to sign and agree to the norms.
• Syllabus is a work in progress

Wednesday

Flip book project, careers in animation, our projects, review expectations, classroom tour (art supplies, cleaning up, protecting your work area, building our animation stations during class, what else)
