We pride ourselves on providing a bespoke school improvement offer. As a result of a robust school self evaluation process, a package is developed as a collaboration between the headteachers and the school improvement team. The resources needed to bring about positive impact are selected from a suite of activities and/or resourced externally as necessary.

The Aims of the School Improvement Offer

To ensure all schools have the information they need to ascertain their key priorities for improvement
To ensure consistency about what constitutes best practice and how together we can support improvement and make a positive impact on outcomes
To ensure trust wide priorities are pertinent to all schools, determining authentic focus for collaboration
To ensure all schools have access to the support when they need it
To ensure we reduce workload through connected working and genuine collaboration.
