In line with its responsibilities, the Trust is accountable for ensuring that all trust schools fully understand the procedures that will be followed by all parties in order to bring about continual improvement on educational outcomes, either through the individual school’s own ability to self-improve or through relevant support and intervention.
The Improving Educational Outcomes Strategy determines what and how we focus our efforts to best bring about positive change to the leadership of , and, the quality of, education (teaching and learning) to improve pupil outcomes.
Collaboration and collective responsibility is a key premise of a successful multi-academy trust. In order to draw upon skills and talents of staff across their schools to achieve greater impact for more children across more schools, there needs to be a clear directive with respect to standardisation, alignment and autonomy.
