Alumni Scholarship
Jim & Lauretta Bean Scholarship
An applicant for the Jim and Loretta Bean Scholarship must be a graduate of Springfield Public High School who is beginning his/her junior year in college and is majoring in the field of journalism or elementary education. Funds will be released at the beginning of the student’s third year in college and will be payable to the college. Only alumni of Springfield Public High School are eligible to apply.

Recommendation Letter
Please fill out the Brag Sheet & Accomplishment Profile below and give it to the individual writing your recommendation letter. Even if you feel like they know you well it is a great way to help them include the things you are proud of.
Make sure you give the recommender enough time to write you a good letter. (1-2 weeks)
