Tiffin will facilitate an on-site repair service for broken Chromebooks by an accredited ASUS repairer. Parents/Carers will be charged on a repair-by-repair basis.
During term time most repairs will be completed within two days but where this is not possible then the school will endeavor to issue students with a loan device that they can use while their device is being repaired.
The price for repairs are currently as follows but are subject to change:
