Payment Options

Students who qualify for Pupil Premium funding and/or Free School Meals will receive the Chromebook free of charge. If you think you may be eligible see the FAQs page for more details of how to apply.

One off Payment (encouraged):

For new students joining in September 2025, we will supply the ASUS Chromebook CR1100FKA Flip with a three year Warranty, Chrome Management License and full set up at a cost of £304. We encourage all parents who are able to pay the full £304 for the Year 7 Starter Pack to do so by Friday 5th July. You will see this as two payments of £275 and £29.

Installments (for Parents of boys joining Year 7 in September 2025):

If the full payment causes any concern please pay a first instalment of £100.00 by Friday 5th July. Subsequent instalments should be made by Friday 2nd August (£100.00) and Friday 6th September (£75.00 + £29.00). We request you to please put in personal reminders for these payments so we do not have to chase you.

Replacement Chromebooks

As of September , we are able to supply a replacement Chromebook for £275, including Licence and set up.
